The Main Street Redevelopment Committee of the WRA Believes that there will be an increased need for additional overnight accomodations in and around Waddington in the near future.

Examples of overnight accomodations are: Hotel and Motel rooms, Bed and Breakfast establishments, Rooms and Houses for rent, Recreational vehicle parks, and Transient Marina facilities.

To this end and to further the discussion on various options and business opportunities a survey of interest has been created and left at local retail establishments. This survey is an introduction to how / if someone is interested in making their own residential property available for rent on a nightly basis. This is a different but not a new concept and has been used sucessfully for overflow accomodations near / in major tourist areas i.e. Lake Placid.

Another survey specifically related to Bed and Breakfast industry will be circulated next month to gage if there is any interest in the community to recieve additional information in the way of a seminar on how to Buy / Own /Run and profit from involvment in the B&B business.
